Who can participate
The affiliate program is available when Aveiro has opened public access and your organization has the Affiliate capability enabled under Organization → Features. Members with access see Affiliate in the organization sidebar.If you do not see the section, an owner or admin can enable the feature for the workspace. Program rules and availability may change; fraudulent referrals can be voided.

Claim your link — pick a unique slug (for example yourname). Your share URL becomes aveiro.app/r/yourname. Slugs are permanent once claimed and unlock a founding-affiliate badge.
Share — send the link in content, email, or DMs. A short-lived attribution cookie records the referral when someone signs up.
Convert — when the referred workspace pays for a plan, rewards accrue automatically. Activity in the hub shows each referral's status from signup through all three payments.
Referees never see your email or private activity — only a masked first name appears in your activity feed.
Monthly vs yearly billing
Rewards follow how the referred org is billed:
Monthly plans — one reward per paid invoice, up to three invoices.
Yearly plans — all remaining rewards (up to three) accrue on the annual payment. The reward amount uses the monthly-equivalent price (annual price ÷ 12).
Each reward row shows its payment number (1, 2, or 3). When all three have been counted, the referral status becomes All rewards earned.
Hold period and redemption
New rewards start in a 14-day hold while Stripe confirms the payment. After the hold clears, they move to Ready to apply.

Invoice credit
Posts a Stripe customer balance credit for the reward amount on the org's next invoice
Platform credits
Adds credits to the org wallet immediately. The amount scales with the plan value behind the reward (higher plans yield more credits than the Creator baseline)
Open Apply now in the hub, choose the target organization, and pick a reward type. Credits never expire; invoice credits apply automatically when Stripe invoices the org.
