Dashboard → Ads lists every ad in your organization. Expand a row to set the destination and flight window, upload creatives, and book sites. Customize which placements each ad fills per site. Performance lives on the Performance tab.
Open the ads manager
Go to Dashboard → Ads. The list shows one row per ad with:
Active toggle and flight window
Serving badge — X/Y serving shows how many booked placements are eligible right now out of the total booked (provisional holds on unpaid orders are not counted as booked)
Thumbnail from the first creative
Click New ad, enter an internal name and HTTPS destination, then expand the new row to finish setup. The Serving badge on each row compares eligible placements to booked ones. A booking can be active but not serving — for example when the ad is outside its flight window or missing a creative at the placement ratio. Sponsorship deals follow the same rule once activated — provisional holds on unpaid orders stay out of the booked count until payment clears. The Details section auto-saves after you pause typing — name, destination URL, active toggle, and flight dates persist without a separate Save button. Media uploads and placement bookings still save immediately when you confirm each action.
Upload creatives
Open the Media section inside an ad. Each aspect ratio slot accepts an image or video:
4/5 unlocks Sidebar
3/2 unlocks Mobile menu
16/9 unlocks In page
3/1 unlocks In page (wide) and Footer
You can upload separate light and dark artwork, or one scheme-agnostic creative. Video creatives support a loop toggle. The dashboard shows which placements each ratio unlocks so you do not upload unused formats.
Book sites and placements
The Placements section lists every site in your organization:
Enable a site — books the first placement the ad can actually serve (so something goes live immediately)
Customize — pick exactly which slots run on that site
Disabling a site removes all bookings for that ad there.
Why a booking might not serve
The matrix shows inline reasons when a booked placement is not eligible:
Reason
Fix
Ad is switched off
Turn the ad active toggle on
Outside flight window
Adjust start or end dates, or clear them to run indefinitely
No creative at this ratio
Upload artwork at the placement's aspect ratio
Rotation is automatic among eligible ads booked into the same placement.
Template placement must also be on
Booking alone does not render a banner. The page's resolved layout template must also enable that placement under Layout → Engagement → Ads. If a booked slot stays empty on the live site, check both the ad's placement matrix and the template that page uses.
Flight windows
Leave both start and end empty to run indefinitely while the ad is active. You can also set:
Start only — runs from that date onward
End only — runs until the date passes
Both — bounded campaign
Performance
Open Dashboard → Ads → Performance for cookieless totals per ad and placement. A segmented control switches the range between the last 7, 30, or 90 days. Each ad rolls up impressions, clicks, and CTR, with a per-placement breakdown on the detail line. CTR appears when impressions are non-zero.
