Messaging Overview | Aveiro

In short

Visitors sign in on your published site through Aveiro — including pre-launch coming-soon pages. After sign-in they can manage email subscriptions and chat with you when support chat is enabled. Your team replies from Dashboard → Inbox.

What messaging covers

Aveiro messaging is the layer between published sites and your organization dashboard:

Visitor login — a floating Aveiro button on published sites (including coming-soon pre-launch) so visitors authenticate with their Aveiro account
Visitor assistant — optional AI Q&A and human support chat in a floating bubble (see Visitor assistant)
Support chat — signed-in visitors message your team; conversations land in Inbox
Inbox — your support queue for visitor threads, with live updates and status controls

Visitor login complements Audience — it does not replace signup forms or campaigns. Signup forms still collect addresses; login ties a person to an Aveiro account so chat and smoother subscription UX work on the live site. Each capability has its own gate. Visitor login is the first step for all of them; support chat also requires org-level setup.
