Your organization subscriber list — stats, filters, and how Audience connects sites, email, and segments.

In short

Audience is your email list for the whole organization. Subscribers sign up on your Aveiro sites or embed forms. From here you manage contacts, send campaigns, and track deliverability.

What Audience is

Audience is the email marketing layer of Aveiro. It is org-wide — one subscriber list shared across all sites in the organization, with filters to see who joined on which site. Use Audience to:

Collect and manage subscribers
Send campaigns
Automate welcome emails per site
Tag contacts with segments
Monitor deliverability

Open Audience → Overview (or Audience in the sidebar) for the main subscriber table.

Stats at a glance

The top of Overview shows four tiles:

Stat	Meaning
Total	All subscribers in the org (all statuses)
Active	Can receive mail
Unsubscribed	Opted out — excluded from sends
Bounced	Hard delivery failures — excluded from sends

An email usage bar shows send credits consumed vs your plan limit for the current billing period (your subscription anniversary, not the calendar 1st), with Top up when available. The reset countdown matches Billing → Usage.

How people become subscribers

Import	CSV, TXT, or JSON upload from Overview
Manual/API	Programmatic subscribe endpoints (advanced)

Each subscriber is tied to a site (which list they joined) and optional segments. Visitor sign-in is optional for Audience — anonymous visitors can still submit signup forms manually. Sign-in mainly improves signup UX and unlocks support chat on the same site. See Messaging overview for how login and chat relate.

Before you can send

You need:

At least one active subscriber
A verified sender domain or configured email provider — see Sending domains
Campaign content in Draft until you send

A readiness banner appears in the campaign editor when setup is incomplete.

Consent and privacy

You must have permission to email subscribers (marketing consent where required). Provide a privacy notice on signup forms. Aveiro processes list data on your behalf as a processor.

Demo mode

If APIs are unavailable, Overview may show Demo Mode sample data. You cannot import, mutate, or send while demo data is displayed.
