Monitor sender reputation, bounce rates, and authentication health per sending domain.

Sending Domains
In short
Audience → Deliverability shows reputation for each domain you've sent from over the last 30 days — sent/delivered counts, bounce and complaint rates, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC status.

What deliverability shows

After you send campaigns through a verified sender domain, Audience → Deliverability tracks how mailbox providers receive your mail. The page covers the last 30 days per sending domain.

Per-domain cards

Each card includes:
Metric
Meaning
HealthHealthy, needs attention, or at risk — based on bounce and complaint thresholds
Sent / deliveredVolume in the window
Bounce rateHard and soft bounces as a percentage of sends
Complaint rateSpam complaints as a percentage of sends
AuthenticationSPF, DKIM, and DMARC verification status from DNS
Last sendWhen this domain last sent mail
High bounce or complaint rates turn metrics warning or danger so you can act before providers throttle your domain.

Empty state

If you have not sent through a verified domain yet, Deliverability shows No send data yet. Complete Sending domains setup and send a campaign first.

List hygiene

Aveiro surfaces a list hygiene reminder on this page:
  • Remove hard-bounced and unsubscribed addresses promptly
  • Only email people who expect your messages
  • High bounce or complaint rates cause mailbox providers to throttle or block your domain
Use Audience → Overview filters for bounced and unsubscribed contacts, and bulk actions to archive or delete bad addresses.

Authentication

Each card shows whether DNS records for the domain are verified, pending, or failed. Failed authentication hurts inbox placement — open Domains and use Refresh and check DNS after updating records at your registrar.
