In short
The dashboard is your organization home base. You land on Dashboard home — KPI tiles, recent work, and next steps. The header switches orgs and opens search; the sidebar lists Sites, Analytics, Audience, Organization, and Billing. Customize sidebar at the footer hides sections you do not need.

Layout at a glance

When you sign in, you land in an organization dashboard on Dashboard home. The layout has three parts:
  • Header — organization switcher, search, notifications, and your profile
  • Sidebar — navigation to the main product areas
  • Main content — the page for the section you selected
A subscription banner may appear at the top of the main area if your plan needs attention (for example, usage limits or renewal).

Header

Control
What it does
Organization switcherJump between organizations you belong to, or create a new one
Search (Kbar)Quick navigation to dashboard pages and actions
NotificationsIn-app alerts for invites, billing, and product events
Profile menuAccount settings and sign out
If you belong to only one organization, the switcher still shows its name — you will use it more as you join or create additional workspaces.

Sidebar sections

The sidebar matches how Aveiro groups features. Click a top-level item to open it; accordion sections expand to show sub-pages. Use Customize sidebar at the footer to show or hide sections. On desktop, the bottom of the sidebar shows a compact Storage meter — used bytes versus your plan limit, with a progress bar when the limit is finite. Click the card to open Billing → Usage for the full breakdown.

Sites

Your site library. Each card represents one site with its name, cover, and status (Live or Draft). From here you can:
  • Open a site in the editor
  • Create a new site
  • Switch between Active and Archived sites
  • Duplicate or archive sites (from the site menu)
This is your site library — manage every project from here. After onboarding you may land on Dashboard home or Campaigns first, depending on your welcome survey answers.

Analytics

Traffic and behavior for published sites in this organization:
  • Overview — high-level metrics
  • Pages — per-page views and engagement
  • Events — custom events you track on the site
  • Live — visitors active right now
Analytics only records data from live, published traffic (when tracking is enabled in site settings).

Audience

Email and subscribers for the whole organization:
  • Overview — list health and recent activity
  • Campaigns — one-off email sends
  • Automation — triggered email flows
  • Segments — tags and filters for subscribers
  • Deliverability — sending reputation and diagnostics
  • Domains — email sending domains (DNS setup)
  • Embed forms — signup forms you place on Aveiro sites or external pages
Subscribers collected on any org site can feed campaigns here.

Social

Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and X publishing. Social publishing is on by default — disable it under Organization → Features if you do not need it:
  • Overview — post pipeline with Review, Draft, Scheduled, and Published tabs, plus the publishing credits meter
  • Accounts — link social profiles through Chirio via the Add menu (X requires a paid plan)
  • Feedback thread — comments and rejection reasons for teammates and agents
Publishing always requires human approval — agents can draft posts via API and MCP but cannot approve or publish autonomously. See the Social docs section for the full workflow.

Ads

Organization-wide sponsored banners (beta). When Ads is enabled under Organization → Features:
  • Inventory — create ads with HTTPS destinations, flight windows, and creatives per aspect ratio
  • Site bookings — choose which sites and placements each ad fills
  • Performance — cookieless impressions and clicks
Each site also opts in under Editor → Layout → Ads — nothing renders until you enable slots there. See the Ads docs section for the full workflow.

Monetization

Sell your own digital products on Aveiro sites:
  • Overview — product list, New product, and payout setup when Stripe is not connected yet
  • Payouts — Stripe Connect (and PayPal where enabled) so checkout can pay out to you
Each active product gets a storefront page at /products/{slug}. Use the Products block in the editor to list them on a marketing page, or attach products to paywall gates. See the Monetization docs section for the full workflow.

Messaging

Visitor conversations and support chat:
  • Inbox — reply to signed-in visitors who message you from published sites
Enable Visitor login per site in the editor (Settings). Enable support chat for the organization in Organization → Settings (data processing agreement and retention). See the Messaging docs for the full setup flow.

Account settings

Open Account settings from the profile menu (/account/settings):
  • General — profile, bio, and the language picker for the Aveiro interface (English, German, Spanish, Hungarian, Polish, and more)
  • Security, Notifications, and Invites — personal account controls
Language is no longer in the header chrome — it lives here beside your other account preferences.

Organization

Workspace administration:
  • Settings — organization name, logo, and preferences
  • Members — invite teammates and assign roles

Billing

Plan and consumption for this organization:
  • Usage — editors, live sites, pages, and storage against your plan limits. Storage is bytes at rest and does not reset — delete unused media or upgrade when full. AI and email meters (where shown) reset on your billing anniversary (the same rhythm as your Stripe invoice), not the 1st of each calendar month. The resets in N days label is the authoritative reset date for those credit pools.
  • Plans — upgrade or change plan
  • History — past invoices (owners only)

Opening the editor

The dashboard manages organizations. The editor is a separate full-screen experience for one site. To open it:
  • Go to Sites.
  • Click the site you want to work on.
The URL changes to include the site ID and /edit. The editor has its own panel (AI, Pages, Layout, Components, Styles, Settings) — documented in the Editor section of these docs. Use the back to Sites control in the editor rail to return to the dashboard.

Tips for new users

  • Dashboard home surfaces KPIs and next steps — start here if you are exploring.
  • Sites is home base for building — bookmark it if you edit often.
  • Audience and Analytics matter most after you have published pages and signup forms.
  • Organization → Members is where you invite collaborators once you are ready to share the workspace.

Next step

Read Key concepts for terminology that appears across the dashboard and editor.
