Audience → Automation lists your sites. Configure a welcome email per site — when enabled, new subscribers receive it after signup. Edit content in the same campaign-style editor.
What automation covers today
Aveiro's Automation section focuses on welcome emails — one automated message per site when a new subscriber joins that site's list.Future automation types may expand; welcome email is the primary flow now.
Automation list
Audience → Automation shows every site in the organization with status:
Status
Meaning
Active
Welcome email enabled and configured — sends on new signup
Disabled
Content exists but automation is turned off
Not configured
No welcome content yet — click Edit to set up
You need at least one site before automation appears. Create a site from Sites if the list is empty.
Configure welcome email
Click Edit on a site row.
Compose subject, body, and from details in the welcome email editor (similar to campaigns).
Toggle Enable welcome email when ready.
Save.
Welcome sends count against email credits like campaigns.
Prerequisites
Verified sender domain (or email provider) — same as campaigns
Published signup form on the site (Email Signup component or embed) actually collecting subscribers
Subscriber must have marketing consent captured at signup where required
If domain verification is missing, the editor prompts you to open Domains first.

Import and welcome
When importing subscribers, you can optionally queue welcome mail — off by default for historical lists to avoid surprising cold contacts.
